The main government facility is Kamuli General Hospital, which provides referral services to the Municipality and surrounding areas. Additionally, there is one Health Centre III (Busota HCIII), and 2 Health Centre IIs and private clinics. These facilities offer outpatient, inpatient, maternity, HIV\/AIDS, TB, immunization, and antenatal services. However, gaps remain in facility readiness and access in densely populated areas<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Top causes of outpatient department (OPD) attendance include malaria, respiratory infections, and gastrointestinal disorders. Despite improvements, the municipality faces gaps in ambulatory services, persistent drug stock-outs, inadequate staffing, limited ambulance services, high maternal and child morbidity, and inadequate health infrastructure.
