Key access roads include the Kamuli\u2013Jinja highway and several feeder roads connecting rural trading centers (Table 2.10). Stable supply is common in Kamuli Town, Buwagi while Nankulyaku experiences frequent voltage drops due to aging transformers and illegal tapping. Solar energy usage is rising in new settlements and trading zones. Charcoal and firewood remain dominant for cooking, though uptake of LPG is increasing among middle-income earners.<br \/>\n<strong>Information Communication and Technology (ICT)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kamuli MC has decent ICT coverage, with MTN and Airtel offering mobile and internet services in most areas.
