Social Infrastructure and Services
Kamuli Municipality has a diverse network of social service institutions that support the well-being of its growing population. Key facilities include Kamuli General Hospital, which serves as the main public health facility in the area, Busota Health Centre III, and Kamuli Youth Health Centre II, complemented by several private clinics and faith-based health units. In the education sector, the municipality hosts a wide range of public and private primary and secondary schools, as well as tertiary institutions that provide skills development and training opportunities for young people.

Faith-based organizations, community groups, and non-state actors also play an important role in health, education, water and sanitation, and child protection services, often filling critical service delivery gaps and supporting vulnerable groups. The provision of social services is a shared responsibility between the Central Government and Local Governments, with Kamuli MC working in collaboration with sector ministries, agencies, and development partners.
